Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.Â
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken,
- Good is defective, or
- Good does not match description.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Sale items, and
- Hele Fitness dry bag.
Refunds for Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not refundable after the goods are shipped to you.

Returns
To return goods to us, please follow this procedure:
- Request a return through our website’s contact form,
- Pack your goods back in the original package,
- Attach the return confirmation email and order number, and
- Ship the goods back to us.
We will issue a refund for the value of the good returned (excluding shipping costs) once we receive the goods back.Â
For clarity, you will pay for the shipping cost of returning the goods to us.
